The Scope
The project demanded a complete production run of custom display and storage millwork units, each one integrating premium wood veneer cabinetry with precision-fabricated polished metal structural frames, engineered to meet the exacting specifications of a five-star hospitality environment.

A Full Production Run of Custom Spa Units
The project called for a complete production run of custom display and storage millwork units for the spa at Trump International Hotel & Tower Chicago. Every unit was built to the same specification, so the run reads as one system from the first unit to the last.
Premium Wood Veneer Cabinetry
Hand-selected wood veneers form the cabinetry, drawers and shelves. The grain and tone stay consistent from unit to unit, and the drawer fronts, shelf edges and reveals line up cleanly.
Precision-Fabricated Polished Metal Frames
Each unit is built on a polished metal structural frame. Two materials with opposing properties, warm wood and cold metal, were joined with tight tolerances so the frame and shelf read as one piece.
Built, Assembled and Checked Before Delivery
Units were assembled and inspected in our shop before they left for Chicago. Dimensions were verified and finishes checked, so the pieces arrived packaged, protected and installation-ready.
Installed in a Five-Star Hospitality Space
The finished millwork is installed inside one of Chicago’s most recognized luxury hospitality properties, where it holds spa products and supplies day to day while keeping the room calm and orderly.

Designed for your space in cantilever, modular, curved or linear forms, with a stone top and base options in matching stone, contrasting stone, metal, wood or a full stone wrap. Seam placement is planned to disappear, and edge profiles are machined to specification: mitered, waterfall, eased or custom.
Backlit Stone Reception Desks
Onyx and select marble species transmit light. We plan full backlighting systems with LED panels, diffusion layers and structural reinforcement so the finished desk glows with the stone’s natural veining.
Stone Feature Walls and Cladding
Book-matched marble and stone feature walls for lobbies, corridors, boardrooms and residential spaces, with the support system engineered, the stone cut to sequence, and every joint, reveal and transition detailed.
Stone Spa Elements
Custom stone shower walls, steam room cladding, wet-area surfaces and spa reception elements, specified for wet areas with the right stone selection, sealing and joint detailing.
Stone and Metal Hybrid Reception Desks
Stone top and face panels combined with precision-fabricated metal bases in stainless steel, blackened steel or brass, engineered as one unified piece.

Slab selection: we source from premium stone yards and present slabs for client approval before cutting. Digital templating: precise measurement of the space before fabrication begins. CNC fabrication: cuts, profiles and cutouts machined to tolerance. Dry assembly: every element is assembled and checked before delivery. 05 Quality Control and Dry Assembly
Before anything leaves our facility, every piece is dry-assembled and inspected. Dimensions are verified, finishes are checked, and anything out of specification is remade.
