Mr. Mandolin — Diner Interior
A retro-inspired diner build-out in Miami featuring custom banquette booths, patterned tile flooring, and warm wood-and-brass finishes. Every detail was designed to give Mr. Mandolin a nostalgic, all-day-dining atmosphere that photographs as well as it performs during peak service.

Mr. Mandolin — Storefront & Signage
The exterior build-out for Mr. Mandolin combines bold retro signage, a teal-accented awning, and street-facing curb appeal designed to stop foot traffic in one of Miami’s busiest dining corridors. The storefront sets the tone for the diner experience before guests ever walk through the door.

Rooftop Terrace Lounge
An open-air rooftop lounge renovation designed for Miami’s night-life crowd, featuring custom bench seating, exposed brick, and layered string lighting strung across the terrace. The layout was planned around sightlines and flow so the space feels intimate whether it’s hosting a quiet happy hour or a packed weekend crowd.

Speakeasy-Style Cocktail Lounge
A moody, speakeasy-inspired lounge build-out anchored by custom emerald-green millwork, backlit bar shelving, and neon signage. The finish palette and lighting design were built to create an intimate, after-dark atmosphere that sets this Miami cocktail bar apart from a typical restaurant build-out.

Coyo Taco — Interior & Patio
A vibrant, muralled interior paired with a palm-shaded outdoor patio for Coyo Taco, one of Miami’s most recognizable taco concepts. The build-out balances bold color and custom artwork inside with a breezy, string-lit patio outside, giving guests two distinct experiences under one roof.

Häagen-Dazs — Retail Counter Build-Out
A clean, brand-forward counter and display build-out for this Häagen-Dazs retail location, designed for high-volume walk-up service. Durable surfaces, efficient counter flow, and clear signage keep the line moving during Miami’s busiest foot-traffic hours without sacrificing the brand’s polished look.

Hospitality Lobby & Entrance
A striking arrival experience built around twin reflecting pools, clean architectural lines, and lush landscaping. This lobby and entrance renovation was designed to make a first impression that carries the same level of hospitality from the front door through to every guest-facing space beyond it.
